players ball control is better and passing of the reserve team was very good that is in green bibs.
they played better then the orange ones today. both teams are playing ground football buts still !
mr. lutfi is off too karachi as someone told me.
i think they are playing simple football, very simple.
no proper movements, there was under lap movement twice by right full back ubaid in green bibs but the stupid midfielder did not play the ball to him both times. even gauhar zaman did not stop to correct it,
this was a very very major mistake as ur full back is up and one of them was a counter attack. so coaches must tell that player immediately. the third time the full back will never go for a attack. by the way ubaid came to right out position ten yards inside the touch line. gave the ball to the right side player and then went behind him near the corner flag. had he received the ball he wuld have crossed easy.
in the second one he culd have taken the ball to the edge of 6 yard box to cross diagonally like messi.
i hope u guys understand the situation clearly now.
” third time the full back will never go for a attack ”. and then caz of counter attack the full backs might not shift to take his vacant place but instead shout at him.and he will think twice before ging again and then prefer to cross frm center line . a use less cross. such crosses are also called hospital crosses as they can cause injury to ur strikers who are backing into defenders and have there backs at the goal too. they have control, ground it and turn to score.

i think gauhar and nasir do something better and educate them give them perhaps
few small sided tactical drills e.g
1) 5vs 5 vs 5 vs5
2) 6vs 6 vs 6 vs6
the above two are very fast and could be done in last week.
3) defenders vs midfielders vs forwards
only 30 minutes of this drill will work wonders.
defenders and midfielders and start and team having possession forwards wait behind its goal.
time limit, possession or goal can be set to change teams or when ever the coach feels.

In reply to faisal amir. Yes, Ubaid is the makrani player. He is KPT's full back and was the full back for Karachi last summer in the SFL. But I agree that he is too short. I had said several months ago that physically he is not suitable for the NT. Not sure how old he is, but maybe he will get taller in a couple years.

the boys are improving gradually.
gauhar zaman the assistant to lutfi sb is back .
and he was very good in telling the drawbacks of variuos players.
various movements did went wrong. wrong passisng by gk, midfielders but there was great improvement.
there is little coordination and combination among back four.
full backs still have not crossed a single time yet.
ubaid is a kesc left back?
makrani player sidd?
if yes then he has stamina but very very short and not upto standard of national u-21.
may be he can fit u-19.

i heard that malaysian u-21 defeated japan and drew with korea south.
naveed hai and gauhar azeem plz paste some utube clips and one full match recent one so that i can evaluate their defence strategy etc.
